We are available at different boutique gym locations with no additional gym entry fees. The gyms have both indoor and outdoor facilities. We can also train you at your condo gym, fitness corners, parks, stadiums, or virtually too!

FAQs
It is our 1-to-1 training programme with a qualified trainer who is able to plan and guide you in your fitness regimen and achieve your fitness goals in a safe and sustainable manner. The training sessions will be customised for each individual as everyone has different needs and requirements.
If you are a beginner at working out, you will be learning what type of workout is appropriate for your fitness level, know the techniques, basics, and foundations on how to do the exercises correctly and safely. If you are already an active individual, this is where our personal trainers can do a mini check up on your posture and give advice on how to tweak your training routine to prevent a plateau. Understanding your current fitness level allows us to plan a suitable programme just for you! This is why our 15-minute initial consultation is important.
Our team is located islandwide - Somerset, City Hall, Bishan, Yishun, Kembangan, and Tampines. Our trainers also do house visits, train clients at condominium gyms, outdoors and virtually as well, depending on your fitness goals. You could let us know your preference during the consultation with us and we will give you recommendations accordingly. If you wish for our trainers to do a “home call”, you must let us know during the 15-minute consultation with us so we can recommend a suitable trainer for you.

24 hours of notice to the personal trainer is required in the event of cancellation or postponement, failing which, the Personal Training session will be forfeited.
You can inquire with us through the booking calendar above and select “Inquire on additional PT package”. You will get a complimentary 30-min body composition measurement and receive an individualised report when you continue training with us.
No. You will only be able to get the code for your 3 PT sessions after the consultation. This is so that we can understand your goals, assign you a suitable trainer, and ensure you get the most out of your PT sessions.
