You have the freedom to select the type of specialists in your package based on your goals. E.g. someone who wants to lose weight can see our nutritionist and our personal trainer, as well as a rehab specialist (if needed).

We are available at different boutique gym locations with no additional gym entry fees. The gyms have both indoor and outdoor facilities. We can also train you at your condo gym, fitness corners, parks, stadiums, or virtually too!

To be part of SgFitFam’s core team, specialists are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in their field.We even have some with up to two decades of experience!

We are what we eat.

Looking to improve your fitness level and general health? Regular exercise and good nutrition habits have been proven to lower the risk of chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, heart diseases etc) as well as improving mental states (reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, etc).
Besides knowing how to exercise with good posture and technique, you will also learn from our personal trainers how to plan your own exercise program. The nutritionist will also teach you how to eat right without sacrificing your social life and favorite foods.
REHAB & RECONDITIONING
Live Pain Free
Should you see a physiotherapist or a rehabilitation trainer? After an injury, you would usually first see a physiotherapist to regain mobility for injuries sustained. However, more training is needed to get back to sport or perform at the same standard as before.
This is where our rehabilitation trainers come in. They provide treatment for certain musculoskeletal injuries through post-injury strengthening, functional training, pilates, yoga, movement, and strength reconditioning. Our movement therapist also helps to re-train poor movement patterns which also encompasses improving on flexibility/strength to prevent the risk of re-injury.

FAQ
Each individual will have their own goals so SgFitFam will curate a team of specialists that best suits your needs. For example, you could be engaging a weight management team consisting of a personal trainer and a nutritionist or you could also be pushed to your limits by an athletics team made up of a triathlon coach, a sports nutritionist and a rehab specialist. The plans that we curate will always put your interests in focus and work harmoniously for the best possible outcomes
Because each plan would require a different set of specialists, the rates will differ between individuals but each session will generally cost between S$100 to S$150, including premium services like a PT session with the founder herself or more specialized treatments such as rehabilitation.

Our team is located island wide. Each of them are stationed in a boutique gym to train clients at such as Somerset, City Hall, Bishan, Yishun, Kembangan, and Tampines. They do house visits, condo gyms, outdoors and virtually as well, depending on your fitness goals.
