If you're looking to lose or gain some weight, we've got the program for you. You'll get to work with a personal trainer face-to-face 2 to 3 times a week. Plus, our online nutrition coaching with our nutritionist will help you build healthy habits and create meal plans that work for you.
Now, we know how important it is to stay on track. That's why we'll do body measurements and fitness assessments once a month to make sure you're making progress. And here's the cool part - your personal trainer and nutritionist will work together to create a customized program that's just for you. Invest In Your Health
This program will last about 3 to 6 months, depending on your goals. You may choose between 24 or 48 personal training session with a duration of 1 hour for each session. You are required to “check in” with your dietitian or nutritionist online every week so we are kept updated about your food intake. Be expected to do any other “homework” given by a personal trainer and nutritionist which may include clocking in on daily steps or engaging in extra physical activity outside the PT sessions.

Exercises are like skills that you practice consistently. You should see your personal trainer 2 to 3 times a week to start. This helps you establish a consistent fitness routine in order to achieve sustainable results. It is also a good opportunity to learn new workouts and techniques and ensure you perform exercises in the safest way possible.

All of our trainers are qualified personal trainers and have at least 5 years of experience. If a client’s goals change along the way, they can choose to change the trainer to someone who is more suitable/experienced in that aspect.

Our team is located islandwide - in boutique gyms: Somerset, Dhoby Ghaut, Kembangan and Woodlands. Our trainers also do house visits, train clients at condominium gyms, outdoors and virtually as well, depending on your fitness goals. You could let us know your preference during the consultation with us and we will give you recommendations accordingly. If you wish for our trainers to do a “home call”, you must let us know during the consultation with us so we can recommend a suitable trainer for you.

Extension of validity will be on case by case basis. In the situation the assigned trainer cannot make it on certain days or period, we will arrange a cover trainer, so you won’t miss your training.
