We strongly recommend a minimum of 1 face-to-face personal training session per week to see results. To ensure that you are on track, we will conduct body measurements and fitness assessments as well.

For the above program, we recommend seeing your trainer at least once per week. Exercises are like skills that you practice consistently. So if you would like to see more significant changes in a shorter period of time, we will recommend seeing your personal trainer 2 to 3 times a week to start. This helps you establish a consistent fitness routine in order to achieve sustainable results.

All of our trainers are qualified personal trainers with up to 2 decades of experience. If a client’s goals change along the way, they may choose to switch to someone who is more suitable/experienced in that aspect.

Our team is located islandwide - in boutique gyms: Somerset, Dhoby Ghaut, Kembangan, and Woodlands. Our trainers also do house visits, condominium gyms, outdoors, and virtually as well, depending on your fitness goals. You could let us know your preference during the consultation and we will give recommendations accordingly.

Extension of validity will be on case by case basis, but generally, we are quite strict on it and most of the time our answer is no. In the situation the assigned trainer cannot make it on certain days or periods, we will arrange a cover trainer, so you won’t miss your training.
