Daniel spent 3 years with the Ministry of Education as a Physical Education (PE) teacher and many years on the side to coach people to run and do strength training on weekends. As a long-distance runner in the past, Daniel has experienced countless injuries and gradually grew to appreciate the importance and benefits of strength training for injury prevention and enhancing sports performance. Inspired by his coaches to help people move and live better, he pursued his certifications in personal training and strength coaching. Since then, he has devoted his time to empowering many to regain their health and mobility and develop a sustainable approach to lifelong fitness. As a formal educator, Daniel strongly believes in client education. He promises not only effective workout sessions but an overall learning experience for every client to grow in their knowledge and skill in physical training. Outside of work, Daniel is an avid reader who spends his free time reading numerous non-fiction books, ranging from self-help to sports science. One of his all-time favorites is Atomic Habits, and he uses the lessons he learned to cultivate new habits in every client.
