Andrew was nurtured in Ballet, Modern Dance, Jazz and Hip Hop as a dance scholar from 1992 to 1995. 

Since 1997, he has been a full time freelance dance instructor at Dance Arts, YMCA, Amore Fitness and NTU. He also became a fitness instructor in 2001 and taught at various clubs such as Fitness First, Planet Fitness, American Club, British Club, and more. Other places he taught before are at the Sport Singapore gyms, National Heart Centre Singapore, SingHealth and more.

With 20+ years of teaching experience under his belt, his experience allows him to be able to adapt to various groups of participants and is able to motivate them while being engaging so they have enjoyable experiences in his classes.

Andrew conducts personal training to help his clients to improve on their strength, movement and flexibility on top of the group classes that he teaches.
