Contrary to popular belief, not all fitness professionals had an athletic background to begin with. Young Sarah was very much a bookworm back in school and never imagined to be working in the fitness industry. As it turns out, it was a lifetime opportunity that shaped who she is today.

Sarah's 15 years Personal Training experience has taught her fitness is not a number on a scale. She believes that it is about the ability to overcome limits and transform into a better, happier and healthier version of ourselves. Hence, her own goals are more aspirational than mathematical and she has achieved quite a bit, including a variety of marathons since 2008, participating in Spartan Races and conquering Mount Kinabalu, Mount Rinjani, and Mount Fuji.
