Nicole started taking an interest in strength and conditioning when she was taking her degree in sports science and management while training for overseas competitions. She went on to pursue her interest in personal training in 2019.

Her philosophy in training is that you have to enjoy the process and that the training should be customized to each unique individual in order to achieve sustainable results. She believes in a holistic approach to fitness and applying scientifically backed methods in training.

Being an athlete, Nicole applies her strength and conditioning knowledge into her own training plans to maximize her performance and durability as a distance athlete.
