Just Lynn, a counselor, psychometrician, and mental wellness consultant at SgFitFam Pte. Ltd. She has been in the industry since 2015 and up to date, she has published three health-related research papers and was invited to present at international conferences, including those in Canada and the Philippines. Just Lynn has been an adjunct lecturer covering psychology modules for 4 years for undergraduates hoping to inspire younger generations to be involved and contribute to the mental health scene.

Just Lynn believes that mental health is as important as physical health, and that each individual should have access to mental health services from anywhere in the world. She advocates for mental health awareness and sustainable health practices which allows maximum productivity and development of effective healthy coping mechanisms.
