I am a sports lover who played a few sports competitively previously but my main sport was track & field where I was a competitive sprinter who competed internationally for 13 years.
Ever since I retired and got an ACL surgery, I started to explore about fitness during my recovery period. I was in and out of hospital for my knee about 4 years and during this period, Besides knowing more about fitness, I got to know more about exercises to strengthen the knee as well.
I love to encourage and motivate my clients and challenge them further whenever I see that they can do it. As I believe everyone is able to achieve what they want to, only if they choose to do it, I believe clients just need motivation and push to go over their barriers.
My goal is to help people, especially women, to get stronger, tougher and be confident!
Fun fact - besides doing sports and fitness, I like to sing and dance too!
