Edwin wants to help people achieve their goals and understand their body at the same time. He does this with a unique combination of eastern and western methods, facilitating a speedier healing process. With this empowering expertise and years of training experience, he will assist you to correct body imbalances and be mindful of habitual tensions in daily life. Ensuring you feel better, both physically and mentally.

Edwin has a strong interest in qi gong and meditation, which have an important role in the fast-paced world today. He incorporates many of these principles in his training, which helps his clients make changes towards a more satisfying and fulfilling life. Edwin is also teaching at Google and Linkedin, helping their staff take care of their physical and mental wellness. Edwin was also invited to be the instructor teaching tai chi in the SKECHERS Virtual Challenge 2020.

Been playing tennis regularly for over 6 years and my tennis coach recommended that I should include some sort of strength training. Found out about SgFitFam in August through my wife’s gym instructor and was glad to be assigned to their trainer, Edwin.

I was looking for a trainer who could meet my preferred training days, timing and most importantly travel to my location. Training has been very helpful so far as I’ve learnt how to be mindful of my movement, increased body awareness, and injury prevention. There is a sense of being calm and grounded that stays with you after each session. I have found Edwin’s approach to be complementary to my practice of meditation.

I’ve just renewed with them, and hopefully will see my tennis play improve over the months with my additional training now!

I was suffering from an L5S1 disc prolapse and as a result was in great pain sitting, standing or bending at the waist. Starting out with soft tissue therapy, Edwin was able to alleviate much of the pain from the very first session. I was amazed, considering the areas that he worked on were not directly on where my pain and muscle spasms were.

In addition to simple stretches given, Edwin provided practical tips and postures to sitting, standing and even getting out of bed or a chair which made the pain more bearable. I was asked to write a daily journal chronicling where and when my pain arose so that he was able to monitor my condition outside of our sessions. He approaches the recovery process in a very holistic way, giving support towards one’s mental well-being as well. After only 2 months of twice-weekly sessions with Edwin, I am grateful to him that my everyday life is free of pain now.
